Permits
Indian nationals need an inner line permit for restricted areas. Apply online at lahaul-spiti.gov.in.
Where to stay
Sissu, Jispa, Sarchu, Pang — basic guesthouses and tents. Budget ₹500-1500 per night.
What to pack
- Warm layers (it gets to -5°C at night even in July)
